About Body Transformation Challenge

If you are looking to make a dramatic transformation in a relatively short time frame, you have come to the right place.

We have helped post partum mothers, bride-to-be’s, and vacation hopeful’s get in shape just in time for their highly anticipated occasion.

 

It is important to note that while a significant transformation in a short about of time is highly possible, it varies by person. Moreover, it depends heavily on how strictly you can adhere to the direction provided. that includes being disciplined with eating what is recommended, Fitness training at the frequency that is recommended, making sacrifices with food, social events and etc as well.

What’s included

 1. Personalized Workout Program

Coach Crafton creates specific workout plans just for you based on the goals you want to achieve. The personalized plan is tailored to your goals, needs, and allowances for your current physical condition and medical background.

2. Resources to Train

Gym or Personalized training App.

Depending on your location and time constraints, you will have the flexibility to train in person in our private gym and or the personalized training app with pre-recorded video demonstrations of different workouts.

3. Nutrition Programming

To accelerate your progress nutrition is going to be an integral part of accelerating the transformation of your body. You will receive everything you need to understand how to eat for your body type and your goal. This will include portion control, nutrient timing, and cycling. 4. Accountability

Because there is a bit more urgency with a short time frame to make a transformation, ensure that we are making the necessary progress to stay on track for the timeline. That said, weekly check-ins will help to discuss, correct, collaborate and troubleshoot daily habits/deviations to ensure that the plan can be executed.
