Body recomposition is an approach to weight loss that emphasizes the importance of not only losing fat but gaining muscle at the same time. Aside from trimming fat, using body recomposition techniques may help you increase strength and boost the number of calories you burn throughout the day.
This is will deliver a body that you typically refer to as “toned”. While you are working to change your body, you will get education about different ways to measure your progress aside from using the scale as the common scales cannot measure how your body’s make up of muscle, bone and water weight changes with training (body composition measures these individually whereas to a common scale just captures the sum of them all without a detailed breakout).

Gym or Personalized training App.
Depending on the your location and time constraints, you will have flexibility to train in person in our private gym and or the personalized training app with pre-recorded video demonstrations of different workouts.
4. Nutrition Programming
To accelerate your progress nutrition is going to be an integral part of accelerating the transformation of your body. You will receive everything you need to understand how to eat for your body type and your goal. This will include portion control, nutritent timing and cycling. 5. Accountability
Because there is a bit more urgency with a short time frame to make a transformation, ensure that we are making the necessary progress to stay on track for the timeline. That said, weekly check ins will be help to discuss, correct, collaborate and troubleshoot daily habits/deviations to ensure that the plan is being executed.
