When you are looking to increase your muscle mass (gain weight), weight training will be an integral part of achieving that goal. Strength training/ Weight training in a specific way causes your body to increase their force that it can produce while moving a weight in a specific direction. As your body increases the force that it can produce, your body will need to build muscle to support that as well, resulting in weight gain.
This is a detailed and strategic process that will be built for you. Whether you are in person Fitness Training or training virtually, the program will be personalized to your strength level and fitness ability.
Additionally, nutrition will be extremely important for you to build muscle. This will include creating a specific action plan to follow in conjunction with your training plan. Having a detailed plan to follow by the hour each day will eliminate the guesswork and trial and error of eating to gain muscle.

Embarking upon your journey to changing your body to build muscle will require shifting how you train and how you eat.
Because of this, you will need personalized program, nutrition coaching and accountability check-ins.

Coach Crafton creates specific workout plans just for you based on the goals you want to achieve. The personalized plan is tailored to your goals, needs, and allowances for your current physical condition and medical background.
3. Resources to Train
Gym or Personalized training App.
Depending on the your location and time constraints, you will have flexibility to train in person in our private gym and or the personalized training app with pre-recorded video demonstrations of different workouts.
4. Nutrition Programming
To accelerate your progress nutrition is going to be an integral part of accelerating the transformation of your body. You will receive everything you need to understand how to eat for your body type and your goal. This will include portion control, nutritent timing and cycling. Because gaining muscle mass takes precision and intention to make a transformation, it is very important to ensure that we are making the necessary progress to stay on track for the timeline. That said, weekly check ins will be help to discuss, correct, collaborate and troubleshoot daily habits/deviations to ensure that the plan is being executed.

Are you a Certified Fitness Trainer?Yes, I am a Certified Fitness Trainer. In 2015, I became certified through the National Academy of Sports and Medicine (NASM).
Which Fitness Coaching services do you provide?Yes. I offer the following services: 1. One on One Personal Training 2. Small and Large Group Training 3. Form Coaching Sessions 4. Virtual/Remote Coaching 5. Nutrition Coaching and Meal Planning 6. Strength Training Coaching 7. H.I.I.T Training
What's your Fitness Training Timings?The schedule of sessions vary by the day however Group training sessions are: Every Tuesday and Thursday (6p.m. - 9p.m.). Classes are 1 hour per session. Saturdays (9:30a.m. - 11:30a.m.). There is more flexibility of what time sessions are offered for One on One. The one on one sessions are Monday through Friday from 7a.m. -12:00p.m. and 4:30p.m.-9:30p.m. Sessions are one hour long.
Do you offer Personal Fitness Coaching?Yes, We do Personal Fitness Training these sessions are by appointent only and are private sessions between you and the trainer. The training space is not open to the public to train during reserved one on one time.
Is there any Free Trial Option there?Currently there are no offers for free one on one trainings at the moment.
What's your fitness training programs cost?One one One: The avg cost per session is $65 per hour per session. However, this price would change if you: Purchased 30 sessions upfront (Price per sessions would be lowered. This would cover 2 1/2 -3 months of training at 3 times a week). If you were to add Nutritional coaching services then the cost per session would increase by $5 per session.
