About 1 on 1 Personal Training Fitness Training Services
Personal training provides individual attention to help you grow in comfort, confidence, and strength. The one-on-one Fitness training will be based on a schedule that we both agree upon at 206 Oakfield drive unless otherwise expressed. On occasion, I train clients at other facilities or even at their homes depending on distance and scheduling.
All new clients start out covering the basics and setting the foundation with a form assessment and form coaching session. From there, your training intensity and difficulty will gradually progress to help you transform your body in the most efficient way possible.

If you have also hired me for nutrition, we will:
agree on a mutual time for an initial one-hour nutrition workshop (conducted via zoom).
In this workshop, we will cover the basics of foods to avoid and foods to eat more of while discussing the “why” behind both.
Upon completion of the call, you will have a proper foundation of nutrition and what to do immediately after the call.

Learning how to perform exercises properly reduces your risk of injury and increases the movement's efficacy.

Regular sessions with a personal Fitness trainer create accountability, which is a real motivator to not let down yourself or them. But there's also something to be said for feeding that part of our brain that craves praise.
